Outdoors, you can fully enjoy your holiday, especially on the terrace overlooking Lake Como—perfect by day, evening, or night. Firewood for the two stoves and the grill is available for an extra fee on the north side of the house, as is a refreshing outdoor shower. The garden is ideal for sunbathing, and a five-meter wooden bench offers a relaxing spot. Casa Bianca, often called "Casa Banca" by enthusiasts, is a four-story tower. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen built to high standards and a table with a corner bench, with direct access to the 20 m² terrace. Large windows and glass doors in every room provide exceptional views of Lake Como. The central gas heating keeps you warm and cozy (costs according to usage). The first floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, plus a small bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor, there's a room with two single beds, a bathroom with large shower, toilet, and washing machine. The attic offers a living room with sofa, sound system, satellite TV, and a guest bed—perfect for rainy days. Two Swedish stoves (ground floor and attic) provide warmth up to the roof. Two large gable windows offer lake views, and a skylight ensures quick ventilation on summer days.
